These terms apply to your use of the Readwall application, operated by ASTRAL VAULT COLLECTIVE SRL, a company registered in Romania with CUI 54809583, registration number J2026036112007, and social capital of 500. By downloading or using the Readwall application, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app.
1. License to Use
Readwall grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the application strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Purchases and Payments
Readwall offers a single, one-time lifetime purchase for Premium access. By proceeding with a purchase, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as presented at the time of purchase. All transactions are handled securely via standard app store mechanisms (Google Play Store / Apple App Store). Refund policies are subject to the respective app store's standard guidelines.
3. App Functionality and "Strict Mode"
Readwall provides features like "Strict Mode" designed to intentionally lock you out of specific applications. By using this software, you acknowledge that you are purposely restricting your own access to parts of your device. Readwall is not responsible for any missed communications, notifications, or consequences arising from your apps being inaccessible during a focus session.
4. User Content
You may import third-party reading materials (such as EPUB or PDF files) into the app. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to possess and read these materials. Readwall does not host, distribute, or pirate content.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ASTRAL VAULT COLLECTIVE SRL, nor its developers or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
